SHIFT: ALL 9am-5pm, Saturday 9am-2pm, Sunday 9am-12pm
Job Type: FULL-TIME, PART-TIME

DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking on-site Leasing Consultants who will be directly responsible for managing the day-to-day leasing functions, the renewal process and marketing/advertising programs for luxury properties. Applicant should be inquisitive, energetic, hard-working, highly motivated and committed to providing superior resident service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Set leasing and marketing strategy for the property
-Tour apartments with prospects and adhere to thorough follow-up procedures
-Lease and pre-lease apartments
-Responsible to organize and carry out all retention activities
-Complete applications and lease/renewal documents
-Review vacancies, walk tour path and maintain model apartments
-Assist management with resident relations
-Implement policies and procedures
-Make and maintain relationships with industry partners and brokers
-Maintain daily and weekly leasing reports and monthly market surveys
-Analyze market and occupancy trends and shop the competition to identify changing market conditions
-Recommend and track marketing avenues, oversee marketing campaigns and monitor traffic results
-Responsible for updating the website and marketing sites

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

-1 years of related property management in the multifamily industry.
-Lease UP experience is MUST.
-A minimum of an associate's degree is preferred.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
-Knowledge of RealPage/Onesite/Building Link/Lead 2 Lease
-Analytically minded with the capability to use intuition and experience to complement data.
-Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to motivate and lead a team.
-Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
-Must be able to tour the community with potential residents, which includes walking, standing, sitting and climbing stairs. Must occasionally be able to lift up to 10 lbs.
-Ability to drive when needed. A valid driver's license and proof of liability insurance is required.
-Extensive outreach marketing experience/background.
-You will keep a close eye on local market trends and develop and implement a monthly marketing plan
-Property Management Leasing: 1 year (Preferred)
-Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
-brand new development lease up: 1 year (Preferred)

EDUCATION:
-High school or equivalent (Preferred)
